Annual Mani Drupchen
Attached please find an announcement from the monastery in Orissa regarding sponsorship of the Mani Drupchen, for which you are invited to participate if interested. The Drupchen is mostly funded, the invitation is more if you wish to participate and have a connection with the Drupchen, which takes place from May 28th to June 5th. The easiest way to participate is by paying online (currently) through the Ripa Ladrang website: https://www.ripaladrang.org/index.php/donate. Please access through Internet Explorer. The Ripa International website will be supporting online payments in the near future.

RIC Opening Update
The Ripa Council, together with the Ripa International Center, are very pleased to announce the opening ceremony of the Ripa International Center, scheduled for July 22nd, 2012 and on the following day, July 23rd, the Buddhist consecration ceremony. The opening will be followed by the Ripa International Summer Retreat 2012. The complete dates are therefore: July 22nd through August 17th, 2012. The retreat program includes: a one week Yeshe Tsogyal Drupchö, an introductory seminar on Buddhism, a Gesar Enrichment Practice, Nyung Ne and Tsa Lung. Following the retreat there will be a Medicine Buddha weekend seminar on August 18th-19th.

European Spring Tour

The Ripa Summer Retreat 2011: August 1st - 21st
The Ripa International Summer Retreat 2011 will take place in Sau near Barcelona, Spain from August 1st through
August 21st 2011. Tthe first week of the retreat is dedicated to Ngöndro practice, the second week is dedicated to
Yeshe Tsogyal Drupchen yidam practice and the third week will be dedicated to Tsa Lung and Nyung Ne.
The coming year is astrologically important for His Eminence as it is the year of the rabbit. It is requested that
everyone should please come together in the summer retreat to offer prayers and to take part in the longevity pujas
and ceremonies during the summer retreat.
